This place especially famous for terracotta art, at the end of the winter after the Sundarbans trip, we were visited at Bishnupur. This place is under the Bankura district. Winter is the best time to visit that place due to intense heat arise In summer.
The place where we were staying was named upper Icche gaon. I came to know about this place from one of my Friend. It was my 1st exp in Chukey home stay. For the first time in life i stayed in home, but after booking I was little confused that how might be the place can be.
We started a very slow journey at Purulia in next day morning. Eventually we had to cover a lot of places that day, so we already booked a car for that day and after completed our breakfast we started our sight scene. Our first destination was ‘PakhiPahar’ or ‘MayurPahar’. If u want the sight scene of murugama u have to go outside early.
