When I saw this fort 1^st time then I feel that I had seen these fort ones again but where I don’t recall?

After sometimes I remembered that this fort I saw in the Bengali movie that is “Har Har bomkesh”.“The ramnagar fort” is the famous fort of Benares.

We were visit that place at January 2016. We went to this fort on the 2^nd day of our Benares tour. This fort situated away from 13 k.m. of the main city of Benares.

“Trip to the fort”

The entry fee of this fort is very cheap only 10 rupees. But those who are history lover they are enjoy that place because many type of historical things has put that place. I love that place…The fort was build by the Raja Balwant Singh.

After enter, the Fort we had saw the museum. Different type of old vintage had put in the glass room in that place. It has number of old cars, horse carriages, weapons, etc. Then we went to another building of Fort, this place was fulfilling with different type of used things of emperors about 200 years ago.Photography is prohibited this place. The balcony was very beautiful and the entire Fort had seen from this balcony.

All of a sudden if you see the fort, it makes you feel that we are still in 1800 AD.

The temple of Lord Shive had in this rajbari and the whole view of Ganges looks beautiful of that place..

Ganges’s this side is very beautiful. The view of Ganges from top of the fort near the Vyas temple simply looks amazing. The worst situation of this side that’s why the fort has to be need maintain.

The fort looks like shine of Varanasi and the heart of Benares…..

We spend 1.5 hours at that place. This is the one of the best place of Benares.People should not miss Ramnagar fort on river side.
